Can collectively use the Following IDEAS  
  1. Cover the glass, metal with thick white paper/plastic. Decrease the temperature apporx by 2 to 2.5 Degree calicoes. Cost varies from Rs.10 to Rs.30 per running meter (In most of the cases Rework needed every year)
  2. 5mm to 8mm thick thermacol / heat lawn (form – local name) could be used to cover the glass part or even steel-roof of our home. Or even to cover gallery / Parapet / terrace flooring. Decrease the temperature apporx by 3 to 4 Degree calicoes.Cost varies from Rs.10 to Rs.30 per running meter (In most of the cases Rework needed every year)
  3. Paint the gallery / Parapet / terrace flooring using white colour this will decrease the temperature approx by 3 to 4 Degree calicoes. Cost upto rs. 20 /sq. feet (repainting needed once in every 3 to 5 years) NOTE: Many companies have introduced the temperature controlling colour
Roof Garden  
Going forward one can create a Roof garden, with lawn plantation, this will reduce the Temperature by 5 to 6 Degree calicoes.
This is the Key to attract butterfly, small bird, a simply great feel of home at farms.
One can plant “regularly needed vegetables as well”
 
Cost Upto Rs 200/sq. feet (maintenance is almost zero)
The cost is considering the Rooftop covered with Ferro-cement for 99.99% leakage proof top commercially Ferro-cement is used to built WATER storage Tanks those are 100% leak-proof.

An AC for a room of 150,200 (1.5 ton)  split air model cost Rs. 15000 to 22000
Running cost Rs. 400, 500 per moth electricity

Where as a standard way to control temperature with outdoor painting + glass part covering  Rs. 3000 to 4000 once for every 5 years
